Elimination diets are done for various reasons. Often when elimination diets are advised, that's as far as the guidance goes and pet parents are left to figure out what to eliminate, and for how long - que the jumping from eliminating one ingredient to another, changing from one food to another....and never quite getting to the bottom of the issue. 

Elimination support gives you 30 minutes to chat with our qualified Nutritionist, who will help you to identify what to eliminate from your dogs diet, she will also create you a plan about what food to then reintroduce and when to reintroduce them as these diets often fail due to reintroducing food too quickly. 

We are always on hand to help and offer advice about the products we sell in the shop, but consultations are the best way to get individual nutrition advice. With this in mind we have made these consultations as accessible as we can - by running them out with the shops opening hours and offering them both face to face or over the phone, so even those who can't make it into the shop can access our qualified nutritional support. These consultations offer more than a quick 5 minute chat on the shop floor!

 Booking Eliminations Support-

• Simply add the item to your basket and on check out, note in the comment box what time / date you would like our Nutritionist to call you. If you would prefer a face to face, just note that in the comments also - simple!
• Once your request has been received we will confirm your slot and call you at the agreed time / date. 
• On the day Elimination Support is also available, we recommend  that you contact our Nutritionist via the Whats App button on the homepage to confirm your requested time is available before booking. 
• Elimination Support Consultations are available Monday to Saturday 8am - 7pm
